The Campaña Royale artfully blends earthy and floral notes with a hint of jammy sweetness. The MAKECH ROYALE® Tequila forms the bold foundation, while White Port and Pear Eau-de-Vie add delicate, fruity layers. A Palo Santo smoke infusion lends a unique, aromatic depth, setting the stage for the final touch—a rich red wine float that gives a sophisticated twist. Garnished with pear or fresh herbs, this cocktail is a perfect balance of wood, floral, and fruit flavors, creating an unforgettable sipping experience.

Ingredients- 2 oz MAKECH ROYALE Tequila
- 1 oz White Port
- 1 oz Pear Eau-de-Vie
- 0.25 oz Red Wine (for a float)
- Palo Santo (for smoke infusion)
Instructions
- Prepare Your Glass. Light a small piece of Palo Santo and let it burn for a few seconds until it produces smoke. Extinguish the flame and place the smoldering wood in a heat-safe dish. Invert your Coupe or Rocks serving glass over the smoke for a few seconds to infuse the glass with its aromatic essence.
- Combine Ingredients. In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour the MAKECH ROYALE Tequila, White Port, and Pear Eau-de-Vie.
- Mix, Chill, Strain. Stir gently with a bar spoon for about 20–30 seconds to properly chill and dilute the mixture. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass.
- Add the Red Wine Float. Slowly pour 0.25 oz of red wine over the back of a spoon to create a delicate float on top of the drink.
- Add the Garnish. Finish with a small sliver of pear or a sprig of fresh herbs.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Grapefruit-Infused MAKECH ROYALE Tequila
- 0.5 oz Orgeat (almond syrup)
- 0.5 oz oz Apricot Liqueur
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- Fresh Grapefruit or Fennel (for garnish)
- Soda Water (to top)
Instructions
- Prepare the Grapefruit-Infused Tequila. Combine a fresh grapefruit peel with 1 cup of MAKECH ROYALE Tequila in a sealed jar. Let it infuse for 24–48 hours, then strain the tequila to remove the peels.
- Combine Ingredients in Shaker. Add the grapefruit-infused tequila, orgeat, apricot liqueur, and passion fruit juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15–20 seconds until well-chilled and slightly frothy.
- Strain and Top with Soda Water. Strain the mixture into a Highball or Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Add a splash of soda water.
- Add the Garnish. Finish with a grapefruit peel or sprig of fresh fennel for a visually striking and aromatic touch.
